This framing expands the range of tasks users consider appropriate for AI because they no longer treat it as a text generator with a few integrations. It also guides product decisions: when conventional SaaS reasoning produces ambiguity, the team asks what a capable human colleague would do. The resulting experience prioritizes autonomy, continuity, and outcomes over visible interaction mechanics.
